People have different reasons to consult a therapist or coach. For example: psychological, emotional or physical complaints; because you find yourself stuck in your social, private or working life; because you feel unbalanced and want to regain stability in your life; or you would like some help with personal growth (development); sometimes you just need a little push in the right direction.
This is where we would like to help you: by talking over certain subjects and listening carefully so that we can see what is going on and decide, together, the best way for you to deal with the situation.

Philosophy
Every person is unique. People have unique and diverse needs and expectations, and therefore we believe they require a wide range of therapeutic styles and methods. For this reason we have chosen to use insights and skills from different therapeutic approaches. In every situation and for every person’s needs we look at which approach is best. By combining traditional methods with new developments we’ll create a therapy that connects to your specific situation. ‘Personalized therapy’, as we’d like to call it!
We want to make therapy accessible, open and understandable. A practical approach and a positive view is an essential ingredient of successful therapy. We primarily focus on finding possible solutions rather than on analyzing the ‘problem’. In a safe environment we’ll work together with you on insight (understanding), dealing with emotional disturbances, and help you to find out how to use your own strength.
We will also give you tips and techniques to help you on a day to day basis, thus giving you a new approach to and creating new opportunities in your life.
